Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does Philippine market entry typically take?+
Timeline depends on FDA product classification. For products requiring full FDA registration (Certificate of Product Registration), the process typically takes 90–180 days. For products under license-to-operate registration, it can be faster. We assess your specific products in the discovery call and give you a realistic timeline upfront.
Do I need my own FDA registration or import license?+
No. Vita Max Prime is both FDA-registered and a licensed importer. Your products can enter and be sold under our licenses while we simultaneously assist you with your own registrations if desired. This dramatically accelerates your time to first sale.
What product categories do you work with?+
We specialize in health, medical, and personal care products — including pharmaceuticals (OTC), medical devices and equipment, health supplements, skincare, sports nutrition, and medical apparel. If your product touches health or wellness, we're likely a fit.
Can you handle only eCommerce, or do I need to take the full package?+
We are flexible. Some partners come to us for full-stack market entry (FDA, importation, distribution, eCommerce, marketing). Others come specifically for eCommerce management, brand protection, or fulfillment. We scope engagements based on what each brand actually needs.
What is the O2O Bridge Program and do I need it?+
The O2O Bridge is our proprietary Offline-to-Online system — it connects your medical field force (med reps) to doctors and patients, then tracks every promo, sale, and redemption through to online purchase. It is most valuable for pharmaceutical, medical device, and clinical health brands that already have or plan to have a field sales team. Visit our O2O Bridge page for the full breakdown.
Do you work with local Philippine brands or only international brands?+
Both. Roughly half our portfolio is international brands entering the Philippine market, and half are local Filipino health brands that need eCommerce management, fulfillment, brand protection, and distribution infrastructure. The services are the same — the starting point just differs.
